Our Beginnings
equip-mates was founded in 2023 by a group of practicing engineers who saw a need for solutions in the industry that does not come out of education or degree alone. Our hands on experience during our employment drove us with a passion to build solutions out of experience sans college degrees or honor of campus placements. We are proud to carry the badge of Engineer.
